The “Energy” blend is our heavy hitter. We took premium Central American beans and pushed them to a bold Medium-Dark Roast—right to the edge of darkness, stopping just before the bean loses its soul.
The Taste: Deep, roaring notes of baker’s chocolate and caramelized sugar, wrapped in a comforting blanket of warm spices. It’s dense, it’s heavy, and it commands respect.
The Mission: Built for the French Press, Moka Pot, or a massive drip machine pot. If you add milk or cream, this coffee will punch right through it without losing its flavor.
